# See who read your reports

Use analytics to see whether the people you shared with have read your report and where they stopped.

## Check one report

Open the report and choose **Analytics**. Only the report's owner can see this page. Choose **24h**, **7d** or **1mo** at the top.

- **Total Views**, **Unique Viewers** and **Anonymous Views**, with a breakdown **By Source** and a trend.
- **Recent Viewers**: who viewed the report and when they last did.
- **Time per page**: described below.

For each person you've shared with, **People With Access** on the **Sharing** page also shows their views in the last 90 days.

## Read time per page

**Time per page** covers the last 90 days.

- **Each page** shows the total reading time and how many readers reached it, with the share of readers who got that far. Use this to see where readers stop.
- **Each reader** shows their **Total time**, **Pages read**, the page they spent **Most time on** and when they **Last read**.

Time is counted while a page is on screen and the reader's tab is visible, in Sureshake's page viewer. Your own views and your team's aren't counted, and nothing measures a copy someone downloaded. If you want page-level reading data for everyone, turn off **Allow downloads**. See [Protect the document](/founders/sharing/#protect-the-document).

## Compare your reports

On a report's **Analytics** page, choose **Compare reports** to see your reports side by side. You can filter by **Report title** and sort by **Total views**, **Unique viewers**, **Anonymous views** or **Title**.

## See activity on a collection

Open a collection and choose **Analytics**, or **Activity** for what has happened to it.

## See who viewed your profile

Go to **Connect** > **Audience Analytics** for engagement across your profile, directory listing and reports, including **Profile page views**, **Directory profile views**, **Report views**, traffic sources and recent viewers.

## Why a viewer might not be named

Viewer identity is shown only while privacy settings, public-profile status, account and block rules permit it. Otherwise, that person's activity is counted only in the totals. Your own views, blocked viewers and non-external traffic aren't included.

Analytics show that someone opened a report. They don't show that the person understood or agreed with it.
