Create a complete and trustworthy profile.

A complete profile improves collaboration, trust signals, and downstream report context.

Step 1: Complete required identity fields

  • Full name
  • Primary role/title
  • Contact email
  • Organization alignment

Step 2: Add professional context

  • Domain expertise
  • Operating focus (finance, operations, compliance, hiring, etc.)
  • Relevant background links or references

Step 3: Add trust and evidence signals

  • Verified contact methods
  • Portfolio/evidence links where applicable
  • Profile completeness indicators

Step 4: Review visibility and sharing defaults

  • Confirm what profile data is internal-only
  • Confirm what profile data can appear in shared workflows

Keep profile updates current after role changes; stale profile context reduces trust quality in collaborative and external-facing workflows.
