Manage your portfolio

Choose which portfolio companies show on your firm's public page, and understand where they come from.

If you run an investor’s page, you can choose which portfolio companies it shows. You’ll need to be an owner or admin of the company. Other team members can see the public page but can’t change it.

If your firm’s profile isn’t yours yet, claim it first.

Show or hide a company

  1. Open the manager

On your public company page, open the Portfolio tab and choose Manage portfolio. You can also go to /entities/your-company-id/portfolio in your workspace.

  2. Check each company

Each one shows a state: Shown, Hidden, or Waiting for review. A source link shows where Sureshake found it.

  3. Use the switch

Turn the switch beside a company on or off.

Your choice is kept when Sureshake refreshes your profile from your website. A company you hid stays hidden, and one you turned on stays shown.

This page controls existing links only. It isn’t a form for adding investments or confirming a round. If a portfolio fact is wrong, suggest a correction with a public source.

Where the portfolio comes from

Sureshake reads investor websites and records each portfolio company as its own company in the directory, linked to the investor in the Capital Graph.

Where it was found Shown on your page?
Your own website Yes, by default
Elsewhere Not until Sureshake reviews it
Anywhere, after you turn it off No. Your choice stands.

What visitors see

The Portfolio tab can have a Confirmed portfolio section and a Source-backed investment evidence section. The tab appears only when there’s something to show.

Each company entry can show a logo, industry, location, and one-line description, all from that company’s own Sureshake record. Facts that are missing are left out. Researched values name the company’s site and the date. Hovering over an industry says whether it was Stated by the company or Classified by Sureshake research.

An entry links to the company’s Sureshake page when it has a published one, then to its website, and otherwise to the source that mentions the investment.

To control what shows for your own company on an investor’s page, claim and publish your company.
