Use Sureshake to publish reports on how you are performing, keep them as a growing history, and decide who sees each one. If you are on the receiving end, use it to read what was shared with you and check where the numbers came from.
What you can do
- Report. Reporter drafts a report from QuickBooks or NetSuite, or you can work from uploaded statements. A report stays a draft until you publish it.
- Build a track record. Each period you publish sits alongside the ones before it. Companies can line up the periods they report on in a filing calendar.
- Share on your terms. You share each report separately and can revoke access at any time. View-only access, watermarks, passcodes, NDAs and page analytics are free in every plan.
- Review what you receive. Reports shared with you collect in Shared With Me. You can also search the directory, keep watchlists and open financial models on public company pages.
- Be found. People have a public profile. Companies can have a public page and a directory listing.
You don’t need a company to use Sureshake. You can report for yourself from your personal profile, or use your account only to read what others share.
What a Sureshake record tells a reader
Sureshake records and shows evidence. For a published report, that means:
- which connected system or uploaded file the figures came from, and when they were retrieved
- that the statements passed Sureshake’s schema checks
- an integrity record written at publish, which lets someone holding the report confirm it hasn’t changed since
